The practice was founded by Dr. Tania Farshi Khanian, a highly accomplished cosmetic dentist known for her expertise in smile makeovers, sleep apnea treatment, and personalized patient care. Dr. Farshi earned her B.A. in Medical Anthropology with a minor in Human Complex Systems from UCLA, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the USC Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, where she was awarded a Dean's Scholarship and named to the Dean's Honor List.

She is a proud member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the California Dental Association, and the North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. Outside of dentistry, she is a devoted wife and mother of two, and enjoys piano, ceramics, yoga, and mentoring the next generation of dental professionals.


​Joining the team is Dr. Rafael Cohen, DDS, a Harvard-trained orthodontist recognized for his innovative approach to modern smile design. He is the creator of Rafatoxx Aligners, a custom clear aligner system helping patients achieve discreet and effective orthodontic results.

Our amazing support team includes:

  • - Annie Sarkesian – Dental Assistant & Front Office Coordinator, B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UC Davis

  • - Karrie White – Dental Assistant - BS, RDH, RDHAP - Originally from the Santa Ynez Valley, spent a decade in Belize as an elementary school teacher before returning to the U.S. to pursue dental hygiene at Loma Linda University. Her time abroad and passion for dentistry led her to become an RDHAP, serving patients who face barriers to traditional dental care. With over 10 years of experience, Karrie brings a compassionate, research-based approach to hygiene. She’s dedicated to educating patients and improving access to care for underserved communities.
